We support the work of clubwomen across the Philippines

As the nationwide body of women’s clubs in the Philippines, the NFWC promotes and provides networking as well as other forms of assistance to provincial or local chapter initiatives aligned with the Federation’s objectives and priorities.

We unite Filipino clubwomen together

The National Federation of Women’s Clubs of the Philippines provides provincial and local women’s clubs the opportunity to take part in activities that represent women voices and tackle collective women’s issues both at the national and international level

International Representation

The National Federation gathers the opinions, programs, and other advocacies of affiliate clubs and chapters and brings them to international platforms where the NFWC is represented.

Support for Club Activities

The National Federation mobilizes resources and raises funds in order to provide financial and non-financial support to its provincial and local club partners and affiliates.

Child Learning Facilities

The NFWC continues to maintain a number of child learning facilities in honor of the great legacy of its women leaders. These facilities are also able to provide support to the Federation's needs.

Access to Headquarters Facilities

The NFWC's headquarters in Malate at the heart of the City of Manila remains open for clubwomen members and other partner organizations. The current leadership of former mayor Linda Gonzales has been making great effort to maintain the facility's upkeep including its library of memorabilia and resources.

Networking and Promotion

The NFWC provides Filipino clubwomen with the needed networks for collaborative engagements and for the promotion or marketing of activities and initiatives. The National Federation taps its other partner associations and government as well as NGO networks.

Policy Advocacy and Research

The NFWC continues to monitor relevant policies, legislations, and other government actions or inactions in order to develop appropriate women-led and women-centered policy responses and engage stakeholders in dialogue towards ensuring women's participation.

The NFWC Pledge

By the grace of God, we, the members of NFWC believe that we have the ability to lead, the capacity to empower women and their families, and the courage to influence development of stakeholders to promote the advancement of Filipino women.

We commit ourselves to pursue the vision and mission of NFWC and to uphold our organizational legacy and our significant contributions to the Philippine society.
We commit ourselves to the ideals and principles of our organization and we pledge our loyalty and sincerity to serve NFWC.

We pledge to share our talents, skills and resources to ensure the success of our programs, projects and activities that can respond to the needs and concerns of our target beneficiaries.
So, God help us and be our guide.

The current leadership of the NFWC owes a debt of gratitude to and stands on the shoulders of giants in the Philippine feminist movement and women empowerment advocacy.

A Collect for Clubwomen

Keep us oh God, from pettiness;

Let us be large in thoughts, in word, in deed.

Let us be done with the fault-finding
And leave off all self-seeking.

May we put away all pretenses
And meet each other face to face,
Without self-pity and without prejudice.

May we never be hasty in judgement
and always be generous.

Teach us to put into action our better impulses,
Straight forward and unafraid.
Let us take time for all thins.
Make us grow calm, serene, and gentle.

Grant that we may realize that it is
The little things that create difference:
That in big things of life WE ARE ONE.

And we may strive to touch and to know
The great, common human heart of us all.
And, Oh Lord God, let us not forget to be kind!
